Global Handles

A Global Handle is a human readable name (such as @n3o) and associated ZNS path and url, such as 0:://n3o and https://zer0.io/n3o, respectively, that links to the ZNS reference of a Registry or Registry Entry. Global Handles can be utilized to reference either an individual Account, Avatar, Network, Cluster, or any arbitrary content source. Global Handles can exist at the ZNS root (0://), or can exist within a Registry Entry (such as 0://mynetwork/n3o).
